@MojangSupport Seriously guys, we're now on our 3rd ticket in over 3 months to try and recover a lost account. We only get an automated reply with things we've tried 100 times. We respond to this over and over looking for answers, when it suddenly closes without reason. HELP!

If you keep closing the tickets without doing anything to help, how do you expect to ever get back to us? Last I checked, closed tickets don't get any more attention from support. STOP CLOSING OUR TICKETS WHILE WE WAIT FOR A HUMAN TO ACTUALLY RESPOND!
