@MojangSupport I emailed support on March 24, May 1, & June 23. No one has emailed back. What do us customers need to do for support? My support request #'s in order 377394, 599918, and 811800 . There is no way you are so overloaded that no one could respond in the last 5 months

I attached a screenshot of my transaction id to each of my earlier requests. Why not use one of the three requests from earlier? I included id numbers for each of my prior requests in my tweet. Forgive me for being skeptical that a fourth submission is going to change anything.

Okay I took the bait & submitted a new ticket is 1049780. I look forward to being surprised and I really hope you can help. I'd love to play Minecraft this weekend for the first time since quarantine began :(
