@MojangSupport Can I get help with my account? I have been trying to get a hold of support since December with no success. I just made a Twitter account in hopes I could get someone's attention. I'm locked out. Please help, I've had my account since 2009 and dont want to lose it.

I have submitted two support tickets: 751513 and 153468. Someone did actually reply a while back, but did not hear from them again after I responded.

@MojangSupport @Mojang Can I PLEASE GET HELP. I have sent multiple emails and have now reached out on Twitter multiple times. I've been waiting since DECEMBER to get help. I know you guys are swamped but it really takes 9 months to help a Mincrafter out???

Hi, when can I expect a response to my ticket 1019659? I've been waiting since December. I submitted 2 other tickets in that time period, just hope I don't get put back in line because I submitted a new one. Can someone look at the issue since I've been waiting so long?

Hi, just FYI these are all three ticket numbers I have submitted since December of last year: 751513, 153468, and 1019659 (the latest one).
