@MojangSupport How do I know if my Minecraft support request is still active to be looked at? This is my second attempt to get support and got the same exact email mere seconds after I made the request and responded, like the first time last month, that my issue is not resolved.

I understand, though the lack of knowing if it is still queued to be addressed rather then getting an auto response makes me anxious.
