@MojangSupport sat at the loading screen for 15 minutes, my character will not load and any time I've saved, its taking 5-10 minutes just to save. (PS4) I have had issues all month

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
