I have been very patient on waiting from an email back from you guys for over a month now about my account being hacked..I know you guys are working hard I just am frustrated I cant play with my friend anymore

I have an issue logging into my account I have tried going through the Minecraft help site and filling all info I can there but have had no help resolving the issue. I have been trying to resolve this for a few months now with no success.

It's been more than a full week that realms have been down for some people. Are you going to even tell us what's wrong with them?

On minecraft bedrock, I have lost access to all my purchased content on all of my devices. (Xbox, switch and android) is this a known issue?
