When is multiplayer going to be fixed? Trying to connect with a friend from both ps4 and android but nothing ever works.

I haven't been able to generate Minecraft realm for 4 months now. I sent you an email but you didn't reply. Now I'm very angry. I've already paid for it four times, and it's never been produced. How long do I have to wait? Patience has reached its limit.
