ive been trying to log into my minecraft account for the past 1 week or so, when i try to log in on my computer it says that either the password or email is invalid, but when i log into the site through my phone it logs in fine, ive already reset my password a couple of times

it’s been a week or 2 since i sent an email, and i still haven’t gotten a response from support yet. i’ve tried everything. my email is verified, my spam folder shows nothing, and whenever i log in, it says the email is already associated, so that means it is verified. what i do?

Hey! So my MC Account and E-Mail got hacked more than 2 weeks ago and then I did a Minecraft Help Center ticket but you guys only send me the auto respond and instructions. Now almost 10 days have passed. I'm worried that the support center is not working on my case anymore. 1/2
