@MojangSupport so how long do I have to wait to get help on an account that was breached? The only solution you guys provide is contacting you.

I have been waiting for one month right now (ticket number 937790) I haven't got a reply yet. The summer will go and my kid will not play anymore with their friends. We dont receive your system emails so we can't reset our password also. Impossible to enter in our account. HELP!
