are you still experiencing "extremely high volumes of requests" or are other customers also having to wait over three Months for a reply to an eticket?

15 Weeks and still nothing but an automated "have you tried these common issues" reply. You guys must be really struggling to sort this issue, with support staff "available 24/7" for the 105 days (and counting) for a simple password reset/migration issue. What's happening guys?
