I've emailed 3 times now and no one has gotten back to me. Is there any other way to fix this issue? I have a kid driving me crazy lol.

can I have some help with this? This has been 2.5 months. I don't want a response about how you're trying as quick as possible. We're just having trouble logging in. My son has gone without Minecraft we've paid for, all summer long. This is rediculous.

This is a cut and paste status which is specifically asked not to receive. There is absolutely no way you have that many tickets that it takes 2.5 months to respond. I've NEVER been more frustrated with a company than with Mojang. #MojangHatesTheirCustomers
