@MojangSupport I just tried logging into my Minecraft world I’ve been playing on for the past few months and when I try to log into it, it says “the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a different console”pls help, did I just lose everything?

my issue is for the xbox one how do I find my transaction id if I purchased the 360 version years ago and got this version for free because of that
