@MojangSupport hey i bought Minecraft a few days ago for my girlfriend but she isnt able to login at all, she doesnt get any error message either just a grey login button and nothing more, kinda weird since i can login to the account without any problem

I never got a transaction ID I think My GF never got any email either... the only thing I can do is provide her email address and password... And I can provide the token I got from the shop to activate it too if you need it 🥺
