@MojangSupport Is there any way to recover an account that was stolen? Looks like someone else created a Mojang account with my info and I never received an email when this happened a few years ago.

I did that on May 2nd and haven't heard anything back. I just opened a new one ticket because it had to have gotten lost right? Is there a way to check to on where my ticket(s) are at in the process?
