Thankyou Mojang. I actually did that before I sent this email, so I'll go wait for a response. But I eventually solved my problems with commands I got off of Google. I must have forgot to delete this post afterward. Apologies :)

Thanks for the email. My real name is Sam actually, that's just my fun username.They eventually responded. Its not much of an issue because of the current issues of the world (COVID), but I do agree when it happens its annoying as all hell. I hope they get back to you :)
