@MojangSupport I don't have the Transaction ID since the purchase is from over 7 years. If I need my transaction ID to get a password reset link then erase my email address from your database so I can just buy the game all over again to play what I paid for.

3 weeks later, what is going on in your support staff that it takes 3 weeks to access something I paid for because you have a silly inactivity lock?

You guys should be embarrassed with the way your support system is set up. If this is the best you have where I see some people waiting to receive responses after 6-7 months, I'm at 3 months, you obviously failed and need to huddle together to put together a better system.
