@MojangSupport Hello, can you help me with account recovery of Minecraft purchased for Windows PC version on Feb 20th 2015. We lost the email account tied to the Mojang account and unable to play the game. We have tried the website and supplied the transaction id etc.

I actually did this on May 23rd and so far have not heard anything. The support request number is 685712. I have provided the transaction id with it.
