@MojangSupport having had no response at all from two requests on your support page last month, can you advise the average time to get a response when requesting an email address change?

Ibthinknpatience is one thing, and taking the milk is another thing entirely. Another 7 days and still no response, bringing this to about a month now without any contact after 2 support requests on your website.
