@MojangSupport I can’t reset my security questions. The reset link requires me to login but then asks for the security answers again. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that! Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we'll do our best to help you out. Remember to attach your Transaction ID in your email to us, if possible. ^AS

I sent multiple emails about this in March with no reply. The account is at least 5 years old and I do not have a transaction idea. Are you sure this is the only solution? There is no simple way to reset security questions?
