@MojangSupport My son plays 1.16.0, Java on my W10 laptop. All ok until 2 days ago. He clicks ‘play’ - launcher opens to white box. Sound can be heard, but no picture. Hv tried updating W10, Nvidia drivers, un-reinstalling MC. Still isn’t working. Pls advise.

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
