@MojangSupport I keep getting a out of spade error on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition for a bit now and opened a support ticket (964963) a while ago but never got a response. Any known fixes?

What's the estimated time? I have another ticket open at the same time for two months so far for getting my Java account because it don't think I purchased minecraft
