@MojangSupport I've been trying to use your support website to no avail. I purchased your game years ago and wanted to return to play the game. I am unable to reset my password or access my account and I am getting no response to my issue.

My ticket was closed with no answer and now when I try to use the support website I cannot find an option to raise a new one.
