Kids are specially having really bad moments closed at home due covid, and I think they don't deserve to pass all the summer without being able to play minecraft just waiting for your help. And it is pretty hard to explain them the situation.

One morning they are playing OK and few hours later, it is impossible to enter in the game because it says invalid password. WHAT? which is the problem? Could you tell me the reason, please? Have been minecraft accounts compromised in any moment? Please, help!!!
