@MojangSupport Hi! I reached out two months ago because I can’t access my account. I just want to play Minecraft. I haven’t been able to play in about 5 months. Please help me. The recover password is never sending me the email. I have searched every folder.

This is exactly my issue also. I filled out the form you linked 2 months ago and have only received an automated reply.
