@MojangSupport can you guys please assist? ive had help via email that i had to wait a month for. they fixed my issue but its come back again. i cant log in again and not receiving password reset requests. i dont want to wait another month to be helped again!!

This is what I have already done. It worked once then I'm locked out again. I've emailed back but still waiting. This service is unacceptable for something I have paid for. How do I make a compliant about the wait times? It's been another week and still no email back??
