To be fair you never answer any support emails - so I’m not surprised you don’t ask for it! Poorest service I’ve ever experienced and I’ll not alone judging by comments online.

Hi. I'm asked infos, like date of birth, email adresses, transaction id… from "Ragnar" (Minecraft help). It seems like a support message sent through zendesk, as it includes my previous messages in a thread fashion. Is it legit ? I prefer double checking now… seems legit.

Hardly matters when I've been waiting 3 months for a password reset email from yourselves.
