Your auto-response about getting an account back literally asks for details. Might want to rethink tweet. Oh and actually reply to tickets sent to you. Been waiting weeks to get my account back and you don't help when I reply to say this email doesn't help

But I'm still waiting for a reply to my ticket from Apr/May. This recent one was made in frustration due to non-reply, as was the prev. I have patience but this is silly. Someone has my account since Aug 19. I can't get into it and you aren't doing anything.
