I already tried that a couple of weeks ago and never got a response. I don't have a transaction ID, only a PayPal receipt (which does state the price and that it went to Mojang).

I have tried sending password resets to all my known e-mail addresses and nothing was received, so I'm worried that my account was compromised/migrated by someone else? If I can confirm the address my Minecraft account was migrated to, that would be really helpful.
