@MojangSupport Dungeons on switch is stuck on loading screen for my son's profile - any idea what options he has that don't involve losing all his progress? (loads fine on my profile) thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
