@MojangSupport Your Minecraft game shuts my xbox one off. All the troubleshooting doesn't fix. What are you going to do?

Yes I did that. They gave me some lame excuse about being back logged and I should try some more troubleshooting. Im at years of troubleshooting. Im tired. I just want you guys to fix it.
