@MojangSupport It's been a month since I emailed about a compromised account. At what point should I worry that support isn't getting back to me? Is the wait time supposed to be a month? 2 months? I'd just like a status update of some kind.

I don't mind the delay. I just wanna know what the wait time generally looks like. Is it two months? At what point should I assume something is wrong?
