He has tried to navigate this issue unsuccessfully, and asked me to help him out. If you DM me, I can provide his PSN and Microsoft account details. The help form you submitted requires an email associated with a Minecraft account, and he used an ID associated with his mobile #.

I sent an email with the details, but used my email so it would go to me. Nephew's details are in the description. Received an email with request ID 930653. Replied stating that the automated reply did not resolve my issue. Please let me know what typical wait times are.
