@MojangSupport I don't have the Transaction ID since the purchase is from over 7 years. If I need my transaction ID to get a password reset link then erase my email address from your database so I can just buy the game all over again to play what I paid for.

2 days later (Day #4), what should I expect as a response time? Or am I better off buying Minecraft again and creating a second account and chalking this one up as a loss since I cant get my password reset?
