@MojangSupport Everytime I log in to Microsoft acc on PS4, it says the acc is already connected to PSN so I can’t log in. I made a brand new acc and it still said the acc is already connected to PSN so I can’t play cross platform anymore. Is this a problem on your end or mine?

The minecraft help link only has support for Xbox, windows 10 and mobile. And the PlayStation link you sent unfortunately didn’t help at all. What can I do to resolve my issue? I can’t find anything about the error message I’ve been getting. Thanks
