@MojangSupport after attempting to reset my password yesterday and sending in an email to try and get a hard-reset of my account password I've made a Twitter account just to see if I can get my password reset in this way.

Is there an estimated wait time for a response to the email or is there going to be a fix for the "Reset Password" link on Minecraft.net since the problems regarding it's inability to work properly have existed for a long time?

I don't have the Transaction ID since the purchase is from so long ago. If I need my transaction ID to get a password reset link then erase my email address from your database so I can just buy the game all over again without having to use a generic email to play what I paid for.
