@MojangSupport just recently purchased a subscription to realms plus, so I could update my multiplayer game to be accessible at all times. But now that I’ve purchased realms +, my switch is giving me an error code every time I try to import our game file to the world. Help!

From the research I’ve done, it seems that this is an ongoing issue for months now, and this was the specific reason we chose to purchase a realm subscription in the first place. How can I go about getting a refund and cancelling my realms plus subscription?

Hi there, still waiting to hear how I can go about getting a refund for my realms plus subscription. I purchased it solely so I could import my existing world, and seeing as that feature doesn’t work, I don’t see the point in spending the money on this service.
You guys have been "working on it" for months... It's just getting worse. Your PR team should really put out some more info on this issue because the same automated tweet makes everyone feel like y'all are just ignoring the problem. I cancelled my realms specifically bc of this.
