@MojangSupport my daughter hasn’t been able to get onto Minecraft on her PS4 for a month....keeps getting stuck on red Mojang screen. The recent update didn’t work. Help!

Ok. We re-installed the app and that seemed to fix it. Fingers crossed🤞🏽 thanks for your response.
