@MojangSupport I have been trying for weeks to recover my minecraft password and contact you but you do not send any response, email to change the password or signs of staying alive. Could you provide me some form of contact?

I understand that you are slow to respond because there are many messages, what I do not understand is why I do not receive the answer to "Have you forgotten your password?" It is usually automated and I have been unable to play for more than a month.
