@MojangSupport I've been waiting 7 months for someone to help me with account issues, this is ridiculous. I've even had a different ticket sent in and resolved in-between, what's going on guys?

Thats's obviously not true, I had a ticket sent in for a different problem and it's been solved. I sent that ticket in after my original ticket for my account issue, which still hasn't been solved or even acknowledged.
