Oh heyyyyy @MojangSupport. As a software tester I have now trained my partner _too well_ and he knows something is up with your password reset flow. Can you help me out with this? He has tried to reset AND to open a support request but neither has worked ☹️

Weeks feels like a bit much. But hey ho. Have looked at your support Twitter and it looks like very little support so not going to keep barking up this dead tree.
“Quickly as possible” so why is someone who’s had a ticket up for 2 years still waiting?
