Mojang, I've been literally trying to retrieve my security responses for 2 years now by contacting you and EVER, until today, you have sent a response and I have already sent several tickets, but you just don't respond! @MojangSupport

Mojang, it's 2 years, 2 YEARS! You just don't want to resolve the situation. It doesn't even seem like you have one of the most played games in the world to date, nor does it look like you're part of Microsoft. It is really unfortunate! @MojangSupport

2 freakin years??? Seriously??? Y’all need to establish a phone number or something because 4+ months is awful but whatever BUT TWO WHOLE ASS YEARS FOR A BASIC ISSUE??? Your customer support team sucks
