@MojangSupport Hello there, I tried to purchase Minecraft this weekend, but oddly enough the page said 'something went wrong with the transaction', yet wordline tells me the payment did go through? However, I have yet to receive a email of any sorts with transaction ID.

thank you for the response, unfortunately, I did visit that section: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… but while I didn't receive any email or transaction ID, wordline says the payment wasn't put in pending/denied, but actually went through and that I'd best contact you for more info?
