Just a reminder - we will NEVER send you an email asking for your account information. If someone sends you an email saying that your account is being resold or you need to provide your TID, report it as phishing to your ISP and go on about your day.

People can't access their accounts and there are other major game breaking bugs, but you're too busy poaching money off of your playerbase. Especially considering that in the past, you joked about monetisation in Minecraft. Shame on you.

My son hasn't been able to play on Mac OS for months, because his password simply stopped working. They won't send a reset link. Instead, they request a transaction ID from when I bought it 4 years ago (impossible). I think they're just trying to grift new purchases.

I bought Minecraft in 2012 and still kept the email with the transaction ID. Even with that said, I waited over two months for Minecraft support to send me an email to help me reclaim my account. I'm not willing to buy another key from Mojang.
