@MojangSupport My son's game disappeared ? we purchased it in 2015 and since this morning he can't play and been asked to purchased a new game? why?

I did that, over 24 hours ago. no response, not even acknowledgment. there must be a faster way to contact you? I paid for my son's account, it was hacked. where is your security dept. How is possible to hack Minecraft account so easily?
