@MojangSupport I own a legacy minecraft account from many years ago. I've tried to update/migrate to a mojang account a couple times now but I always get stopped by the 'transaction ID'. I don't have one (didn't have a credit card in high school). Can I not do it?

Is there some sort of confirmation that I can get that my ticket is in a queue/waiting? I know I should expect it to be slow due to high volume, it just hurts when the realm time is getting used and you can't play on it. I have a ticket/reponse code but no way to use it.
