I have emailed support on 7/8/20 to migrate my original premium account to my new Mojang Studios account. I’ve replied back to the email multiple times and I have yet to receive a response. 9 days without even a “we’re working on it”

I don’t mind being patient, but I’m confused why I can’t get a simple response letting me know it’s being taken of, in 10 DAYS. Yet, the twitter account responds in hours. Should I open another ticket?
