@MojangSupport I have been waiting since December last year for a password email issue, I have followed or tried every sstion in the help pages and the emails from the reply bots from mojang support. How many more months do I have to wait

My Minecraft purchase was 7 or 8 years ago. I have no way of finding my transaction ID. I have tried to purchase it again , but can't because my email address is already registered.
