@MojangSupport Can't ever seem to get an email answer on a ticket from end of June. Can't reset password, never get the email, can't make a new account, says the email is taken for my daughter. Next step? She enjoyed playing right up until the point it wouldn't let her.

Last email received from support was in June. How should I set her expectations? Is 3 weeks+ normal for turnaround time? I'd make her another account, but it says that her email already has one. I just want to reset the password on it to her email.

.@MojangSupport Now working on two months since we opened a ticket. We can't get an email to reset the password on the account, we can't create an new account with that email. What does it take to get a password reset? Should it really take over two months?
