@MojangSupport Two friends of mine are having issues retrieving their password and are getting neither a reset email nor answer from support. what can we do? (they don't have twitter)

Please have them check that the emails aren't in their junk/spam folders. If the error persists, we may need to assist with account recovery. They can reach us here help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… with as much info about their account as possible. ^SP
