Hi I purchased a world from the minecraft market last night on the PS4, I’ve downloaded it and when I click creat map it’s a long loading screen then returns to the store. How do I get my money back?

i wanted a refund later because i am not able to play the game with my account.MineCraft said they are not able to give a refund since i paid by paysafecard. Then i asked MineCraft helps to play the game, and they told they gave me a refund already. i did not receive the money
